- Personal tax documents: We never ask for or store copies of your tax returns, T4s, or other tax slips
- Social Insurance Numbers (SIN): We do not collect or store your SIN under any circumstances
- Financial statements: We do not request bank statements, investment records, or other financial documents
- CRA login credentials: We never ask for your CRA My Account login information

4. How AI Uses Your Data

- We do not store your conversation history long-term or share your questions with third parties
- Your questions are not used to train external AI models
- AI responses are generated in real time based on Canadian tax law and CRA guidelines — your personal data is not fed into any AI training pipeline

We use cookies to keep the Service running smoothly and to understand how visitors use our site:
- Essential cookies: Required for login, session management, and basic functionality
- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics helps us understand traffic patterns and improve the site. These cookies collect anonymized usage data. You can opt out by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies for targeted ads.

- Payment records: Retained as required by Canadian tax and business law (typically 7 years for financial records)
- Analytics data: Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be linked back to you
